I was just having this debate with my Love Nurse Pumpkin Halloween Shirt boyfriend today. A former coworker of mine is trans male and suffered a lot of sexual abuse by both men and women. I’d love more research to be done on how PTSD plays a role in people that are transgender. I told a work friend I had a mental illness, on a day where my meds weren't working right I had it thrown in my face by them and the entire team. I will NEVER tell a coworker or God forbid a boss I'm mentally fucked up because nothing ever good comes of it.
